Finishing high school
The final transition that students make in their K-12 career is finishing high school. This transition is sometimes more difficult for teachers, administrators, and families to help with because students have a variety of options. Some students will be joining the workforce while others will further their education. These decisions and responsibilities can be difficult for a lot of students and it is important that the school counselors and administrators make this transition as easy as possible for all of their students.
These files from the ASCA website describe different ways to help students transition to these different post-high school choices.
